My tiny tiny craft/sewing room

My tiny tiny craft/sewing room

This' room' is actually a large walk in closet. Duncan was generous enough to let me turn it into my sewing space.

The table is vintage, from around the 1940s if I'd have to guess. It wasn't in great shape when we bought it, but with a little TLC and refinishing it looks BEAUTIFUL. I am very happy with it :D

Oh yeah, and I yoinked that storage cart from the garbage area of our apartment building. Why the heck would you throw that away??

The [avant-garde?] Sewing Center

The [avant-garde?] Sewing Center

Caption reads:
Part of this family room has been planned for use as a sewing center where sewing materials, fabrics, and patterns can be left out in the open ready to use while a particular project is in progress. The cutting-sewing table was made from an old, weathered door that was surfaced with plastic, and set on metal legs. The proective plastic covering ensures that the table surface will be flat and safe.
